I am Eranga, CEO of Omobio. In CC herewith is Asela, who is a VP at Dialog and his family foundation is developing Homagama Base Hospital from the inception, which is second only to the Kalubowila hospital by the population density the hospital is serving and functions as a government hospital.
The hospital lacks an OPD patient/lab queue management system and faces many issues. On Dr. Chinthaka's (in CC, Head of IT) request I went to see if we could do a solution as a CSR project, since we already have a Token management product. There we found, the patient registration software done by ICTA has a queue management system but not used due to the lack of hardware and software limitations.
So, we would like to discuss if ICTA would fix the issues of the current software or would want to outsource that module to be done by a 3rd party, as a CSR project.
To discuss this further, we would like to request a meeting with the product manager of this hospital SW at ICTA. Could you kindly let us know an earliest possible time for the same, please?
