Work from Home Portal for Government Organizations & SME #41

Dear Sir/Madam,

I took part in "Supporting startups in times of COVID" meeting on 30th April, 2020 organized by ICTA, MDIIT, FITIS & other institutes and was interested in your initiative to accommodate startup in post COVID economic development in the country.

I would like to share attached proposal (Work-from-Home-Proposal-to-ICTA-20200505-1154.pdf) as a work from home portal for government organizations and small and medium businesses during and post COVID operations.

This solution is completely based on

  1. Open Source software Redmine,
  2. Lanka Government Cloud, SLT, Organization's or Other infrastructure as their preference and
  3. Optional support, training, hand-holding plan during deployment, trial, implementation, on-boarding and during long term operation from Aasa IT Solutions or any other interested party in getting involved on this project.

As per the details provided, I thought that this sort of a service has already been provided under https://wfh.lk/. However, the intention of the that portal is different.

Appreciate if you could introduce me a person from ICTA, MDIIT from an appropriate organization to follow-up this proposal to present, discuss and implement. For any further information needed, please talk to me over the phone (+94 77 378 5550).

Dear Team ICTA,

Thank you for reverting back on the proposal. Sharing submitted information openly is alright with me.

Appreciate if you could advice us when, how & with whom can we follow-up on this proposal as per the government procurement guidelines if that is permitted?

Best regards, Sumith
