Hi,

Attached is the framework doc to provide visibility to NCS. Connecting all the initiatives to drive from a single PMO covering all the key sectors in SL will be required. This involves connecting privately held organisations also to create wider community.

Enabling security in key sectors will make sure SL is an technology attraction to many investors and strengthening enabling into IT.
