Test Run 2
As first attempt, a Structure Set was created on the CT. The test tools 
reported the error below. This may indicate, that an MR is expected.

Validate: Selected Dataset definition: "RT Structure Set Storage SOP Class". 
Using AE Name "DICOM" - AE Version "3.0" 
IHE-RO Error : Value Rule - The attribute 'ContourReferencedSOPClassUID' 
(0x30060039[1]/0x30060040[1]/0x30060016[1]/0x00081150) contains the value: 
1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.2 but should contain the value: 
1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.4. 

As second attempt, a Structure Set was created on the MR. The test tools 
reported the error below. The tool complains about CT references, which should 
not be requested (since CT anyways are not expected – see above).
Further on, the Series Instance UID of a CT can never be the same as the Series 
Instance UID of a Structure Set, since both must belong to different series.
