RTPlanConformalArcBeam cannot be opened, the number of leaf positions do not 
match the number of leaves. ARTI v1.1.6.

Leaf/jaw positions = 120 Number of leaf/jaw pairs = 60 Leaf positions boundaries = 61 (checked in DICOM standard -> number of leafs + 1) This are all correct values.
