RegisteredContourerScenario1, CT –PET Case

A wrong error message is displayed:

Test Tool expects 1.2.826.0.1.3680043.8.431.1554.4.2.1.3.100
(PET image 100)

being referenced in ROI Contour Sequence, even if the Structure does not 
include this image.

Solved in issue #60, new releases of BRTO, MMRO are done on 11 Dec 2015
