In all of the RTDoses for this scenario, the Referenced RTPlan Sequence (300C,0002) is incorrectly written as VR UI with the UID directly encoded. It should be SQ and encoded as a sequence. This was tested against version 1.4.1 provided from the IHE-RO site.

Issue is solved internal, update will be in next release.

Solved in new release MMRO-II v1.4.2
