I have encountered this on several of the scenarios, including the MMRO-II registered contouring scenario and the BRTO contourer scenario 1.
There are two failures listed:
"IHE-RO Error: Contour Image Sequence Contour Interrelation Rule - the 0x00080018 (Sop Instance UID) with value [the last SOP of the image] does not match the 0x00081155 (Referenced SOP Instance UID) value: [the first SOP that is included in the contour data]"
"IHE-RO Error: Contour Data Rule - the 0x00080018 (Sop Instance UID) with value [the last SOP of the image] does not match the 0x00081155 (Referenced SOP Instance UID) value: [another SOP that is included in the contour data]"
Creating a contour that only occupies the last slice of the image seems to satisfy the test, but that hardly seems like the desired behavior.
