Cache of UPS server must be able to be cleared by user #71

Now the cache of the UPS server is cleared if an new c-find is received by the server. The server uses the user specified ups'es or the original ups'es by each c-find. For the UPS client test tool it is now possible to delete ups'es or clear all ups'es in het UPS overview.

Implement this also for the UPS server test tool. If the server cache directory is empty then use the user specified ups'es or the originals for the c-find, otherwise use the ups'es that are in de cache directory of the server.
