GeneralDoseViewer and RegisteredDoseCompositor scenario's sends wrong RT-Dose object. #76

Object RD2MP.dcm is used by the scenario but for this scenario the CT1 image set is used. This scenario must use RD1P and RD1MP as RT-Dose objects.
