Receive 02 UPS-InProgress gives unexpected error. #82

Error: "The received transactions do not match the expected transactions" is given but that's incorrect. For validation the transaction is configured as an UPS PULL but must be an UPS PUSH. Did check the IPDW test tool here it is correct.

This bug is also in the other UPS scenario's (Progress Update, Final Update and Completed/Canceled).
