When a user specifies own UPS'es and these are not confirm DICOM the TMS/UPS Server gives warnings that some attributes cannot be found by handeling an C-Find-Req.
Change this to log errors if invalid UPS are created by an user when an C-Find is received by the TMS/UPS Server.
