Step 1 is incorrect since Netbox 3.4.x. It should be placed in configuration/plugins.py. Please refer to https://github.com/netbox-community/netbox-docker/wiki/Using-Netbox-Plugins#step-3---enable-plugins-in-the-configuration for more information.

It also still says netbox-slm==1.2 in step 2, but shouldn't it be 1.4?
