Allow for optional relationship between Software Products & Platforms

This will include:

• Updating the model (model, forms, html, APIs)
• Adding a Card to Platforms to the linked Software Product and show any Software Versions per Model.

@ryanmerolle Platform may reference a Manufacturer, which is obligatory for SoftwareProduct. I guess this means we also need to filter for Platforms which either have the same Manufacturer, or none.

From the design, it seems that the Platform model itself is analogous with a SoftwareProduct. Currently, none of the models relate to Platform. How should we distinguish between these two?

It feels like we're more-or-less creating a distinction between SaaS as SoftwareProduct, PaaS as Platform, IaaS as Device/VM. Perhaps we should rename the (label of) SoftwareProduct to Software, and SoftwareProductInstallations.platform to infra.
