Update documentation with: When moving a subject/metric, historic data is preserved/deleted. #6337

It is unclear to me if, when I move a subject/metric, the historic data and change log is preserved. I have read the documentation and could not determine. I have read this part: https://quality-time.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage.html#adding-subjects

And when I copy a subject/metric/report, is the historic data and change log is also copied?

Best would be to create a short overview or table that shows what is copied/moved and what not.
