Implement versioning of the docker image #71

Currently, only a 'latest' tag is produced. Although a new one was published recently (today), it is completely nontransparent which tag of owasp/zap2docker-stable it is based on.

I propose additionally publishing a versioned tag, matching the version to the published version of owasp/zap2docker-stable.
