why are power estimates always round to 1 significant digit? No matter the number of bootstrap samples? #5

Duplicate of issue #7 , I don't think B is getting passed correctly,

  1. GUI run times are the same regardless of B
  2. Power goes out to 3 decimal places when I run things in R
