power output to thousandths decimal place in `powerReport` #7

I don't think B is getting passed correctly,

  1. GUI run times are the same regardless of B
  2. Power goes out to 3 decimal places when I run things in R

Chris indicated this is fixed on the GUI side, will test when he pushes changes and opens the website again.
