Enhancement to SMS Module #113

Add a Role column to table
Filter out inactive users by default
Add a Search button to further filter results on table.

@mikeymckay . I have added the enhancement except for filtering out inactive users by default. I'll need your help in getting the filtering, especially in the pouchDB connector query codes for UserCollection.

Completed all three tasks above. Now will not show inactive users in the list for selection.
