Will require additional point layer be created representing the internal centroid of each district.

I need help getting DistrictsCntrPtsWGS84.json, ShehiasCntrPtsWGS84.json & VillagesCntrPtsWGS84.json into couchdb. Not sure how to push it into cococloud.
