Reports broken after switching to using new case_summary docs #243

No data found irregardless of date selected.

caseIDsByDate view no longer emit dates and hence using dates for startKey and endKey for search will return empty result, since the key is no longer dates in this case. This is found in Report.getCases.

Issue fixed after Mike updated the caseIDsByDate view
