Timeslider timewindow extent setting #258

the time window extent opens to the extent of the time slider. If the user clicks the play button without knowing to first adjust the slider window extent nothing happens because the time window extent matches the slider extent. The initial extent of the time window will be set to two weeks.

Works even if selected time period is <2 weeks. Fixed. Closed.
