[x] Automatically detect the user's browser.
[x] If browser is not Chrome, inform the user that the app is designed for Chrome, recommend Chrome
[x] Provide a link to download Chrome?

@scloo - Consider the following changes:

Change title to "Optimized for Chrome"

Change text to "This software was designed and optimized for the Chrome browser. We cannot guarantee that it will work as well on other web browsers. Please consider downloading and installing Chrome for the best user experience."

Change "Download Chrome" to a button, so that there are two buttons at the same horizontal level at the bottom.
