The example graph from 2015 uses the following:
Within 24 hours = Green 25 to 72 hours = Orange Over 72 hours = Red Not followed up = Grey
As with the other timing graph, these buckets should automatically adjust to a change in the Admin settings.
"Not followed up" should be notifications that were never received by a DMSO mobile device. Correct?
