Fixing deprecations in /skip and /Tutorials/Basics #129

Proposed changes:

fix deprecations that appeared in notebooks in the _skip and Tutorials/Basics folders

@bpaul4 I believe both of those need to be fixed in idaes-pse, so they cannot be part of this PR. They will be dealt with later as we clean up things over there.
