@andrewlee94 @MAZamarripa If my input is useful here, I would be happy to help update the costing in this PR for the new framework. The changes are straightforward but numerous enough that code suggestions would be infeasible, so I could push directly to this PR or open a PR into @chineduobiora's branch.
