This version of the painter uses Qt and an extra IDA hook to make sure the changes are only visual. The instructions and the functions' colors aren't modified anymore; we no longer have to clean them up on saves and exits. We can be certain that in case of a bug, no color will ever persist in the database (which happened to me a few times). When it will have been sufficiently tested, I'll merge this pull request!
