Sure, we will update Grounded-SAM to Efficient-Grounded-SAM, or any PR from the community about this we will merge it as soon as possible

Hello @adkAurora ! We've alrealy implemented grounded-efficient-sam in our project, and we're going to implement grounded-edge-sam and grounded-repvit-sam and grounded-slim-sam in the future release.
