您好！我有两个问题想请教您

1.执行训练指令时显示有红色警告和蓝色字体，并且第一个500iters验证出的精度为0，这是为啥呢

2.我在官网下载了模型的文件想作为我的预训练权重，但是我找不到放权重的路径，是train.init_checkpoint吗
