When user selects a startup screen it is shown but not highlighted in the menu. It's still the public wall that is highlighted

fixed in 1.01 added function start in dock.js called by body after stack.show(dock) so that dom is available to add and remove selected class

Radio not properly initialized -> causes two items to be highlighted at first touch. Need to alter start method in dock.js. fixed in 1.02
