The following issues are at least partially addressed:

Leadership updates https://github.com/IDEAS-Watersheds/ideas-watersheds.github.io/issues/5 -- We still need to add SLAC
Team updates https://github.com/IDEAS-Watersheds/ideas-watersheds.github.io/issues/6 -- Kate Maher is here but should be moved to leadership
Internal Seminars for 2023 https://github.com/IDEAS-Watersheds/ideas-watersheds.github.io/issues/7
Corrects SBR to ESS references https://github.com/IDEAS-Watersheds/ideas-watersheds.github.io/issues/8
updates those publications that were 'in review' to accepted and adds AGU 2022 presentations https://github.com/IDEAS-Watersheds/ideas-watersheds.github.io/issues/9 -- Still need to add SLAC and recent publications
