We currently have 4 posters on File, Describe, Climatic and Procurement.
I suggest that (possibly A2 size) they can also become a useful training resource.
It could be good to add one that is (sort of) on the Prepare menu. If so, then here is what I propose. These could also (perhaps also each become a presentation where each of the 9 pictures become a ppt slide or even a Prezi presentation (if they still work.)
Here is my proposed contents of a poster on Prepare:
0) Top as for the other presentations
1) Example of the main data grid, with explanation that it is a window onto an R-data frame. Show also the right-click information at the top and at the bottom tabs. Also indicate rename/reorder, etc
2) Column and sheet information including variable and value labels.
3) Log windows and script window, with information from a dialogue that showes the possibility of writing to a script window.
That's the first row!
4) Transform and manipulate data. Also filtering.
5) Factor columns (Categorical data).
6) Text and Date columns - including manipulations
That's the second row
7) Reshape data
8) Keys and Links
9) Manage objects
