Currently the default number of column factors is zero.

This is almost never what is wanted from this dialogue, and I suggest it be changed to 1.

A consequence of this is that when you only have one factor, it will now do that as a column factor by default instead of rows. Other than that this is working ok.

The tabulation for climatic data indicates that paging of the factors is available for the tabulation. The field is visible on these dialogues but not enabled. Is that possible?
