Size of text in output window? #4063

In the data window I can use the usual to change the size of the data.

I can't do this in the output window. The default is very small, particularly in software that is to be used for teaching.

Should we add facilities to change the text size more easily than the Tools > Options window? Could it be available through the right-click in the output window?

We currently have these tools to change the fonts sizes in the options. it would be great to have right clicks on the output window. I think the default is fine, I usually dont like it if the text is much bigger than it currently is.

I agree that the default is fine.
It would also be good (in the Tools > Options) and perhaps on the right-click too, to have a Reset to Default? Currently we have the factory reset only. When I change something it is often useful to be able to change just that element back.

That would be a bit more work, but could be done.

I think the output window text could be one size bigger by default than it currently is. But yes good to have it in an easier place. Although again, if it's on the right click, people will expect all the text to change, although that should actually be easy. Should we do this?
