Use extreme model dialogue #5937

This issue is related to #5887. @rdstern suggests a second dialogue aside from the Fit Extreme Model to be created and named the Use Extreme Model. This is because many functions in the extRemes package use the model that has been fitted.

The dialogue would be an improvement of the Model > Use model >Use model keyboard. This issue suggests a possible layout or design for the Use Extreme Model dialogue. @Comfort123977 and @Cal-Insta have been tasked with this issue.
