Implement R-Instat in Wine and test the implementation #6258

My hypothesis is that the Wine implementation of R-Instat

@TobbyKe I look forward to your report/review of wine.

I hope it can include information on what someone should do, if they have a linux machine. (I assume your installation on a Windows machine was just for this testing.) And it might work better on one that is linux.

Once you have this report, could you send an e-mail with a copy to the AIMS Cameroon data manager. She is the computing manager at AIMS Cameroon, where they only use Linux machines. We are teaching there in April and it would be good, therefore if the wine version could be used.

@rdstern I edited your comment to remove the email addresses of people mentioned. Since GitHub issues are fully open I think we should avoid using personal information.

Also, I "deleted" your suggestion on AIMS Cameroon since we've already tried out the Wine solution with AIMS Cameroon but since they don't use Ubuntu but a different version of Linux, it didn't seem to install unfortunately.

This could be a good task for someone very familiar with Linux who could try to get the Wine installation working on the AIMS Desktop.
