Translation and implemention of recovery option? #8693

@N-thony here is the recovery dialog in French:

It needs quite a lot of tlc, and the title at the top needs to be added to the database.

Then I also hope we might add a version of this dialog to the edit menu! Then we could (perhaps) return to the last saved version if needed?

@rdstern I think this will be good for @Fidel365 as he was asking for more tasks. At least the first part with design and making the controls wider for the French to fit. Also, I think for the translation, we can improve them very well in general with dialogues having texts like layers, dataframe, boxplot... chatgpt can help with good translation by context.
