REturning presentation of roman to the calculator

@Fidel365 I think - except for presenting Roman numerals in the reogrid (that may need discussion with @N-thony) that the improvements to the calculator (again except for the great addition to scalars by Antoine) are now done.

There are 9 open issues that relate to the calculator, namely

I think they may all be done and hence could be closed. Could you please check, report and close - or get @N-thony to close if you are not sure.

@rdstern I have closed all execept issue #8931 because of the issue with Roman numbers which is still in progress. So this can be closed when you are happy.

@Fidel365 that's great. Please also remember the item of adding the functions file (for the functions keyboard) into the R-Instat library.

@derekagorhom and @N-thony I have now discovered that riogrid used to display roman numbers fine: Here is a picture from a document in 2022:

So I hope you could investigate and hopefully easily add it back.

I have also mentioned the problem to @ChrisMarsh82 who said he would look into it. So please check with him if you have problems.

I assume it should be pretty easy to do, with the possible problem that other items might regress. I note, for example that @N-thony spent a long time ensuring that list variables display in the same way as the R-viewer. That's worki9ng well now and I hope won't be undone!
