Additional datasets for R-Instat Library from Zambia #9111

We now have confirmation from the ZMD director to include some of their daily records into the R-Instat library.

The data are for daily rainfall, minimum and maximum temperature and sunshine data from 5 main stations in Eastern province.

@Vitalis95 I attach the datasets here for you to add them into the library so they are available in the next release of R-Instat.

The folder contains excel files for each element, an RDS file that combines all these records into a single dataframe and a station information file for these stations

The data are a great addition to R-Instat! Over to you.

@Patowhiz please can you also replace the Zambia cloud Climsoft with these data? I have enjoyed using this version of Climsoft and having the same data here as in the (R-Instat) library will be excellent. I then plan to use this in the updated climatic guide.
