What? Request from the FacilitatorApp deployments (see https://github.com/IDEMSInternational/plh-facilitator-app-content/issues/42) to reduce the padding around the PDF viewer component. It might make more sense to add a full screen mode to the PDF viewer rather than removing the padding.
Why? Users are finding text in PDFs difficult to read.
