[BUG] Pop-up on full screen pop-up closes only at second attempt

Describe the bug On the plh_kids_tz deployment, we have a case of a full screen pop-up containing a button that launches a regular pop-up. When closing the regular pop-up, the screen flickers but the pop-up stays open (the hyperlink changes though), and on second attempt the regular pop-up closes.

App version code v0.16.24 / content v1.1.6

To Reproduce

• Open https://plh-kids-tz.web.app/template/relax_activities
• Click any button to launch the full screen pop up. Observe this does not amount to any hyperlink changes
• Click "Transcript" to launch the regular pop up. Note the hyperlink changes to http://localhost:4200/template/relax_activities?popup_child=text_relax_2&popup_parent=relax&popup_parent_triggered_by=button_@item.id
• Attempt closing the regular pop-up by pressing the cross. Note the hyperlink changes to http://localhost:4200/template/relax_activities
• Attempt closing the regular pop-up again. Now it does close, and the hyperlink doesn't change.
