Adds documentation for building and deploying iOS apps
Updates documentation for managing deployments related to Android to also cover iOS
Adds documentation for the process of publishing code releases
The main changes of this PR relate to documenting the process of building and deploying iOS apps. Whilst this process will at some point be replaced by a github action (#2240), documenting the process of deploying an iOS app is required by our contract for releasing a deployment to the App Store.
