Create localised referrals for safeguarding and external resources #28

In the post translation edit file https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UkGtEMuIQNwpquMieiOGNjMIm2O8WcZFUiM0BoHZv34/edit#gid=0 populate the referrals and external resources sheets using information from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nw6IA3O2XZlN3baCCvTFMKPHnfK8-FWl/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=113912109700879960997&rtpof=true&sd=true The following edits are required: a) In the Referrals tab, is it possible to replace the "Substance Abuse" section with a new section called "Medical Information and Services" (row 3, highlighted in yellow)?

b) Combine "Environmental/Natural Disasters" and "Police" into "Emergency Contacts and Services."

c) Remove the "Family" section, as information for this is also included and explicitly indicated in the 'Mental Health' section.
