Tips have *bold* syntax that only works in whatsapp #41

Titles in tips (modules) have been translated following the English version that had been authored for whatsapp. Need to remove the stars (bold) at least in Chinese. Possible options:

one possible solution is to implement a post-translation edit to replace all occurrences of with the empty string. with https://github.com/IDEMSInternational/rapidpro_abtesting/pull/7 it was possible to replace all * with the empty string
