Completion certificate not working #65

We did not receive the Trophy messages, after completing all modules.

The message was not sent at all, the problem was not directly related to the certificate. The problem was wechat related, since there were more that 3 messages in a row. To overcome this, a NEXT button was added in the goal_completion_congrats template https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CoYl7lpd6w2xdZzE-Crt-pZT9M5dTHYFm9sWEcX5QAs/edit#gid=1968117378 The flow for updating progress variables was moved at the beginning so variables are updated even if the NEXT button is not pressed
