9 months ago - In the first screenshot, it indicates that I've completed 1 (relation) of the 8 goals, but the list only shows 6 remaining goals, with the 'Success for School' goal missing. In the second screenshot, the 'Prepare My Child for Success in School' goal is also absent from the list. Prior to receiving this message, I've learned about 'Relation' and 'Develop,' but not 'Success for School.' The next issue is also related to this one.
- When I review my progress, it states that 'Prepare My Child for Success in School' had been started but not completed, although I have checked the chat history and did not find any evidence of starting this goal. Additionally, when I choose to continue learning this incomplete goal, it shows that I've completed 0 out of the 4 skills, indicating that it was never started. The next issue is also related to this one.
- Another team member completed the 'Relation' goal. When the chatbot prompted them to select a new goal, they chose 'Prepare My Child for Success in School' and selected 'Remind me tomorrow.' Afterward, they typed 'MENU' to check progress, which correctly indicated that they completed 1 goal ('Relation') and had no goals started but not completed. However, when they clicked 'view goals to start,' it listed only 6 goals with the goal 'Prepare My Child for Success in School' goal not listed. Subsequently, they typed 'NEWDAY,' and the chatbot sent the pre-goal check question for 'Prepare My Child for Success in School.'
- Please also refer to the following screenshot, which illustrates another scenario where the 'Success for School' goal is missing during progress check. Please start from the green sentence at the top. You will notice that the three lists together only show 7 goals -- we have a total of 8 goals. (is it because I was working on/in the middle of the Success goal?)
