We've made updates to the menu file in the Palestine content package to try this out. If it works, we can push back to global.
See revised menu data, adapted intro text within modules, and revised activity_offer_data for the end of each module flow.
User Story: As a user, I may be in a situation where I have data today, but know that I will not have wifi or network access tomorrow. As a result, I want to move through all tips consecutively without waiting 24hours.
More information: In activity_handler, timed_programme should include an option for "continue to the next tip" which triggers "newday" user experience.
