Adding safeguarding words file #2

@fagiothree have processed the safeguarding words, think everything is fine but maybe just have a quick look before you merge

Reformatted googlesheet can be found here. As discussed, maybe we can ask Laurie to use this and delete the old one so we dont have to go through the reformat process again

Not urgent but think we should add the functionality to run the safeguarding processing direct from the google sheet, saves having to download an excel. Will make a note and add to our backlog of issues

Looks good, we still need to get the translations for START and STOP, so we maybe we wait till then before merging?
