Enable "share ParentText" feature #29

We'd like to turn on the option to "share ParentText with a friend". However, we don't want parents who are new to be confused with your current dataset of KEMAS and CSO-registered caregivers. To do this, we'll need yet another start / trigger word for parents who enrol via the "share ParentText" feature.
