Revise onboarding questions to capture additional baseline details for users who join external to KEMAS and CSOs #34

In Malaysia there are 4 joining triggers:

(1) KEMAS: joining as part of KEMAS preschools (2) MASW: joining as part of CSO preschools (3) READY / SEDIA: Joined via the "share with a friend" feature (4) FAMILY / KELUARGA: Joined via social media promotion

For users all users, the onboarding video should move to the end of the first module. For users who join with the triggers READY, SEDIA, FAMILY, or KELUARGA, additional onboarding & closing questions should be captured for the purpose of baseline & endline data collection. In the scale up dashboard, these additional questions should become variables by which to filter user engagement and response data.

These additional questions aim to capture parent age, nationality, location, ethnicity, education level, and experience with parenting programmes during onboarding and capture their feedback on the programme in the closing
